I also found the stall for Jeju silver belt fish, freshly caught and preserved using traditional Joo-nak methods, to be fascinating. The unique flavors stood out, making it a must-try for seafood lovers. Beyond the food, the skincare products made with Jeju’s natural ingredients like seaweed and honey were excellent finds, showcasing the island’s rich natural resources.
