Well, that happened.
It’s been 10 days since my last post. I fell off the wagon, gained back some weight, got back on the wagon, lost some weight, got sick, and here I am.
I usually struggle with consistency, and I tell myself “well, you’ve been doing good, so it’s ok to eat this,” but I think it’s time to quit giving myself passes. Nothing will change if I keep doing the same things I’ve always done.
Here’s to a new week, and prioritizing my health over my desires. ✨
