「ダルバミスト、結局どれを買えばいい？」「使う順番って決まりあるの？」と迷ったので、私が使い分けている基準をまとめます。5種類あると選ぶのが楽しい反面、目的が曖昧だと“なんとなく”で終わりがち。ポイントは【肌状態（乾燥・くすみ・ほてり・敏感）】と【使うタイミング（朝・日中・お風呂上がり）】で決めることでした。 ■基本の使う順番（迷ったらこれ） 私が一番しっくりきたのは「水分→悩みケア→仕上げ」の順。 1) まず水分補給：ファーストスプレー or アクアマリンスプレー 2) 次に目的ケア：バイタルスプレー / ビタトーニングスプレー 3) 仕上げや気分転換：アクアスプレー（クーリング） ミストは“化粧水の代わり”というより、スキンケアの合間やメイク上からの調整役として使うと失敗しにくかったです。 ■5種類の効果の選び方（体感ベース） ・ファーストスプレー：乾燥が気になる日に万能。ベタつきにくく、まずこれを土台にすると後のミストもなじみやすい印象。 ・バイタルスプレー：くすみ・ハリ不足が気になる朝に。ツヤ感が欲しい日に手が伸びます。 ・ビタトーニングスプレー：弾力＆くすみケア目的の日に。今日は肌を元気に見せたい、という日に選びがち。 ・アクアスプレー：暑い日や外出先でのリフレッシュに。ほてり対策として、メイク直し前に軽く挟むと気持ちいいです。 ・アクアマリンスプレー：ゆらぎやすい時の保湿＆クーリング枠。敏感っぽい日や赤みが出そうな日に安心感がありました。 ■私のおすすめレイヤリング例 ・お風呂上がり（暑がりの日課）：アクアマリン→アクア。火照りが落ち着いてから、必要ならファーストを追加。 ・朝のツヤ肌仕込み：ファースト→バイタル。乾燥が気になる日はファーストを2回に分けて。 ・くすみ・元気不足の日：ファースト→ビタトーニング。肌がしぼんで見える日に助かります。 ■使うときのコツ（地味に重要） ・顔から20cmくらい離して円を描くようにスプレーするとムラになりにくい ・吹きかけたらこすらず、手のひらで軽く押さえてなじませる ・メイク上からなら「少量→足りなければ追加」がヨレにくい 5種類全部そろえても、毎日全部使う必要はありません。私は「乾燥日はファースト」「ほてりはアクア」「ゆらぎはアクアマリン」みたいに、目的別に2〜3本を軸に回すのが一番続きました。プレゼントにするなら、相手の悩み（乾燥・くすみ・暑がり・敏感）を聞いて色で選ぶのも分かりやすいです。
