Set boundaries ~ it’s ok to say “no” to things that make you feel drained or don’t align with your values.

Spend time with those who inspire you ~ focus on the relationships in your life that support and uplift you. Cut out the toxic relationships that make you feel drained

Prioritize self care ~ engage in hobbies and activities that promote self care and healthy habits

Prioritize your physical health ~ focus on eating foods that make you feel good. Ditch the processed foods, junk food and alcohol
