Furthermore, remember that breaks are just as important. Taking regular short breaks prevents mental fatigue and revitalizes your brain, allowing you to return to your studies with renewed focus and energy. Ultimately, these strategies can help you develop a deeper level of concentration, enhancing your overall learning experience.
