I do one of these following drinks every other day, and I have noticed a difference in my sleeping patterns, higher energy levels, weight loss, and all-around gut health: day 1 (note: I premix my OJ & coconut water in a jug so it's easier for the week. And use 1cup of it at a time) 1/2 cup OJ no pulp(I use frozen mixed with filtered water) 1/2 cup coconut water pinch of pink salt 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar day 2 1 WHOLE lemon 1 inch of fresh ginger peeled 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon SMOOTH olive oil 1 Tablespoon agave 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar good pinch of pink salt 1 cup of the Orange juice/coconut water mixture. blend everything in the blender. you can strain it if you want, I don't because it has a good source of fiber.
