Here are daily micro-habits to help strengthen your relationship!

1) greet your partner with a morning hug or kiss daily / this is a small gesture to show your love every day, first thing in the morning!

2) check in with them throughout the day / ask how they’re day is going / etc

3) compliment your partner often whether that be on their appearance, outfit, smell, etc

4) spend quality time together and limit screen time during this time together

5) ask them about their day, what their week looks like, etc

6) ask them about their goals for the week and if there’s anything you can do to help them achieve it

7) ask them if there’s anything weighing heavy on their minds and offer support

8) laugh together!!!! It’s important to have fun with each other, even if that means just sending memes to each other throughout the day

9) give them your full attention when speaking to them

10) plan weekly date nights to keep the spark in your relationship going. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, but it gives you both something to look forward to each week!
