Life can get overwhelming, and I used to feel like I was constantly rushing from one thing to the next. These small, consistent habits have helped me slow down and reconnect with myself:

No phone for the first 30 minutes after waking

Instead of diving straight into emails or social media, I use that time to stretch, hydrate, and ease into the day. It sets a calmer tone for everything else to follow

10-15 minutes of reading my Bible

Just a few minutes of reading the Bible and my thoughts or intentions helps clear mental clutter and reminds me of what actually matters.

Afternoon walks > afternoon scrolling

I used to scroll mindlessly during my midday slump. Now, I opt for a short walk instead even just 10 minutes outside makes me feel refreshed and reset.
