How do you celebrate yourself, your small wins, and or your big wins?
For me, ai treat myself a little something that I’ve been needing. A lot of times I put what I need on the back burner to give that space to my kids. When I notice that I literally achieved consistency for a week straight I have to realize I still made progress, aim still on the road to achieving my goals. Every little bit counts.
