MY FAVORITE GREENS SMOOTHIE

As a 25 year old, I hate veggies. There, I said it. Yes, I love salads and I like carrots, celery and bell peppers, when it comes time to focus on me and really get my head into eating right and working out, I just can’t get enough greens in daily.

I started using Kiala Greens (yes from tiktok) and they are such a game changer. Not to mention, when I make this smoothie every day, you can’t even tell you’re getting greens in. No, I don’t only drink this to get greens in, I still try to eat a salad with every dinner, and snack on some veggies throughout the day but this smoothie has definitely helped me get those greens in 💪🏽

First off, the star ingredient: greens powder. I personally use Kiala Greens, which has a fantastic mixed berry flavor that really masks any 'green' taste. If you're new to greens powders, they're essentially concentrated blends of various vegetables, fruits, and superfoods. Think spinach, kale, spirulina, chlorella, and digestive enzymes all in one scoop.
