It takes times.

It’s been a few years and a lot going on. I’m a personal trainer and a nutrition coach. I’m someone who believes in lifting my clients up and teaching them how to live a healthy lifestyle if their own.

In 2022 I gained some weight because of a shoulder injury that was hindering me from doing a whole lot of movements but then started to move more and build into my workouts higher intensity workouts. I got back into running and struggled to keep that going but then started to find my way and make it work best for me.

Being a dad of 2 amazing boys and taking care of them throughout the day while running my coaching business is a challenge sometimes but that doesn’t stop me from showing up for them or myself. Finding ways to show them that they are important while showing them I value my health too really has helped me stay consistent.

I’m only a 6 lbs less than I weighed in 2022. I don’t focus on losing weight but I focus on pushing myself to see what my body can do.

I eat more calories and work more hours and added 2 more jobs on my plate.

Now more than ever make your health a priority because like me you are worth the work. 😉

However, focusing on personal growth rather than just weight loss can lead to more sustainable results. Emphasizing the importance of physical activity and balanced nutrition is crucial for both personal trainers and their clients. Moreover, incorporating family into fitness activities can enhance motivation and reinforce the value of health in daily life. Setting realistic goals, such as increasing workout intensity gradually or integrating health-conscious habits into daily routines, can lead to long-lasting changes. Surrounding oneself with supportive communities and sharing experiences can also aid in maintaining commitment. Remember, improvement takes time, and recognizing every small victory contributes to overall success in health and wellness. By prioritizing health and demonstrating its importance to loved ones, you show that wellness is a shared journey. In a world that often places convenience over health, making conscious choices about nutrition and exercise serves as an inspiration to others, especially family members. It’s empowering to witness progress and to motivate others during the process. So keep pushing and stay consistent—the results are worth it.
