Friday Run Recap!
Just wrapped up an easy 6-mile steady run to finish the week strong! With icy conditions outside, I took advantage of indoor training to focus on my running form and strength.
Remember, combining running with strength workouts is a fantastic way to target different muscle groups and build overall endurance! Don’t let the cold keep you from crushing your goals, use this time to address any muscle weaknesses and stay strong!
