Every day I’m minding my business… and every day the internet got something to say.

An opinion about Black women.

An opinion about single mothers.

An opinion about people living with herpes.

An opinion about content creators.

At some point I realized… there will always be something about me that makes somebody uncomfortable enough to speak on it.

But here’s the difference

while they’re talking, I’m building.

My habits build me.

My discipline grounds me.

My self-talk restores me.

So no… I don’t feel the need to respond to every opinion.

Because the more you pour into you, the less outside noise has somewhere to land.

Everybody got something to say…

but not everybody is doing the work.
