Tassels are so expensive to purchase in a store and so easy to make. Plus if you shop in the right stores or stock up on clearance sales you can make as many as you would like for less than $3.00 each.
I found a bag of wooden balls of different sizes on clearance last Christmas at Michael’s Craft Store. I already had a huge roll of jute at home.
It took me about 30 minutes to finish this cute tassel I tied onto this basket I store my blankets in. Quick tip: put a small piece of scotch tape on the end of the jute to make it easier to feed through the wooden beads.
