🏢✨ What Should a Luxury Apartment Really Offer?
Hey Lemon8 fam 👋🏽
I’ve been diving deep into the world of apartment living — reading reviews, watching walkthroughs, listening to what tenants are saying about their homes, and paying close attention to my own complex that I live in. One thing keeps popping up: a lot of “luxury” apartments don’t feel so luxurious. From thin walls to poor maintenance, people are paying premium prices for features they’d expect in any regular apartment.
I’m planning to become a landlord and eventually own and operate my own apartment complex. My goal is to create a space that truly reflects comfort, quality, and care — not just fancy finishes with no substance.
So I’m asking YOU:
💬 What do you think a real luxury apartment should have?
🧾 What features or services make you feel like your rent is worth it?
🚫 What are the biggest disappointments you’ve experienced in “luxury” buildings?
🌱 What would make you feel respected, safe, and truly at home?
✨ And if you live in a non-luxury apartment — your voice matters too! What do you wish your building had? What would make a big difference in your daily life?
Whether it’s soundproofing, community spaces, responsive management, or thoughtful design — I want to hear it all. Your insights will help me build something better, from the ground up.
Let’s redefine luxury together 💛

Definitely need good soundproofing; I can hear my upstairs neighbor’s every move!
