My breaskfast today !

Losing weight had been a recent struggle of mines and eating healthy while working out is essential to maintain my weight loss goals. I never have time to eat or make breakfast but apart of my self discipline I have been forcing myself to eat a breakfast every morning !

The Beverages I had with this meal:

Water- 8-10 oz to start my day

Coffee made with Almond creamer, cinnamon and ginger powder, Raw honey as a substitute for sugar and Thin Caramel Flavor Syrup.
