Day 2 of Juicing

Day 2 of juicing and I am already loving it!

I have the Loilat Juicer and it is really easy to use and clean up.

Why did I decide to start juicing ?

Because of the healthy benefits such as:

Boosts energy: Juicing can provide a hydration boost and a natural energy boost, especially after exercise.

Strengthens immune system: Juices contain antioxidants like vitamin A, vitamin C, and beta-carotene, which help protect the body from toxins, free radicals, and other harmful pathogens.

Lowers inflammation: Juices contain nutrients and antioxidants that help detoxify the body and reduce inflammation.

Prevents disease: The nutrients in fruits and vegetables can help the body prevent various diseases.

Controls blood sugar: Juicing can help keep blood sugar stable and hunger at bay.

Promotes healthy skin & hair.

Improves digestion.

Tips: Do your research before juicing. Know what juices benefits the lifestyle goals you’re trying to achieve.

Dedicate a day to juice as much as you can. I am buying mason jars and my plan is to juice every Sunday so I can have juices throughout my work week!
