It’s self care Saturday
Self-Care Saturday, soft and slow,
A sacred rhythm my spirit knows.
No rushing wind, no heavy demand,
Just gentle moments held in my hands.
I pour back into what life has worn,
Tending the soul that carries me on.
Warm water, oils, a quiet space,
Peace like silk on my face.
I speak kind words where doubt once stayed,
Untangle the stress the week had made.
Rest is not weakness, it’s how I rise,
A holy pause, a wise reprise.
Candles flicker, the world grows dim,
I return to myself, again within.
Self-Care Saturday, I reclaim my light—
Whole, restored, and rooted right. ✨ #selfcaresaturday #selfcare #selflove #blackcommunity
