Brisbane Packing List 🧳

2025/12/22 Edited to

... Read moreWhen packing for Brisbane, especially for a study abroad stint, consider the city's subtropical climate which means mild winters and hot summers. Lightweight clothing and layering options are a must—think breathable shirts, light sweaters, and rain gear to stay comfortable year-round. Don't overlook tech essentials: a universal adapter is vital for keeping your devices powered, and a portable power bank ensures you’re never caught without a charge, perfect for long days on campus or exploring the city. Important documents need to be organized and duplicated. Carry multiple copies of your passport, student visa, acceptance letters, and insurance paperwork. Having these readily accessible can save stress during travel or administrative procedures. Bringing personal touches like favorite snacks from home, photos, and reusable items such as water bottles and shopping bags can help ease homesickness and support sustainable living in Brisbane. Additionally, items like a mini first aid kit, personal laundry net, and a toolkit can be surprisingly useful for student life. Lastly, consider sports or gym wear to stay active, and a sturdy school bag to carry your academic materials daily. Overall, a well-planned packing list that balances essentials with personal comfort items can make your Brisbane study abroad experience more enjoyable and hassle-free.

03 Home Moving - Started to Pack
Things are happening so fast lately. We’ve started packing for our new home. 🏡 I’m lucky my husband is taking care of the packing. He’s really good at maximizing space in the boxes. Meanwhile, I’m terrible at organising, so I mostly sat there watching him and telling him what to keep or discard

Traveling with a 4 month-old bb = packing your whole house 😅 I’m still breastfeeding so that meant double the bottles, triple the gear 🍼 The only thing was at 4m, bb has not started solids yet, so that’s 1 less activity to pack for.. Lucky me, but still a lot to organize 🙃 I’m sharing this pack

📍Kangeroo Point Cliffs Park Started my day by walking along the Brisbane river. Fortunately for me, the weather was really good at around 14-16deg celsius. I passed by several landmarks including the wheel of brisbane, the brisbane sign, and the kangeroo point cliffs lookout. 📍West End Markets
