Sunshine Coast for kids from 3-8 years old!

During our Sunshine Coast trip, we found several hidden gems that made traveling with kids extra special. If you’re heading from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast, it’s a comfortable drive that sets you up for a great family holiday. One of our favorite stops was the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital, which was not only educational but deeply inspiring for the kids to see wildlife care in action. On our third day, we tackled the challenging maze at Amaze World, a perfect way to engage children in problem-solving while having fun. We also enjoyed browsing the local artisan stalls at Eumundi Markets on the weekend, where kids loved spotting unique crafts and tasting fresh treats. Mooloolaba’s Mantra Beach provided a relaxing beach day where the kids could play and watch surfers ride the waves. For nature lovers, the hike along Noosa National Park was a refreshing experience with scenic views and opportunities to spot native wildlife. This variety of activities kept our children entertained and allowed us to create lasting family memories.
