Today’s meditation wasn’t loud. It was simple. The first thing I heard was: “Just be.” Then came images of the sun. Over and over. Not fear. Not urgency. Just awareness. Mid-video, a video came on called “The Sun.” I didn’t queue it. It just showed up. Maybe it means something.

I’m so frustrated with the taxes in this country. As a small business owner, I get taxed on top of tax on top of tax. At what point do we say this is enough? The taxes in this country are ridiculous. We pay endlessly, watch it disappear overseas, and are told it’s “for the greater good.” T
