For example, Lenovo IdeaPad S145-15IWL notebook users, who use Intel Core i5 Jane 8 CPUs, are actually in the line of devices that Microsoft officially supports Windows 11. In this case, users have closed their TPM, so the system should not show an upgrade offer, leaving doubt as to how the update was submitted.

Some have speculated that there may have been some settings in the BIOS that resulted, or it could have been a bug in the update system. Although Microsoft has made clear that TPM is a must-have security requirement only, it is not the first time Windows 11 has been offered to a machine that does not meet the specification, because a similar event had occurred a year earlier.
