China-based Lisuan Tech announced the release of the 7G106 and 7G105 screen cards, which use a domestically developed 6nm GPU architecture independent of Western technology. The main selling point is the 7G106 model that penetrates the gamer market. It comes with 12GB GDDR6 192-bit VRAM.

Both models are based on TSMC N6 (DUV 6nm) manufacturing technology by 7G106, designed to process 3D graphics and games. It supports modern APIs for both DirectX 12, Vulkan 1.3 and OpenGL 4.6. Despite not supporting Ray Tracing, it uses SIMD architecture with FP32 throughput of up to 24 TFLOPs and supports OpenCL 3.0 for computing tasks. It also has AV1 and HEVC decoding engines at up to 8K resolution.

On the performance side, Lisuan Tech claimed the 7G106 close force RTX 4060 and RTX 5050, with the 3DMark Steel Nomad test achieving 26,800 points and the Geekbench OpenCL at 111,290 points, slightly higher than the RTX 4060. In the actual test, the Black Myth: Wukong game at 4K High Settings achieved framerates in excess of 70 FPS, and the Tomb Raider ran in excess of 80 FPS, showing the potential for slick AAA gaming.

Lisuan Tech prepares to test its first lot in Aug 2025 and start mass production in Sep 2025. It is expected to go on sale later in the year in the Asian region. The price has not been announced but is likely closer or cheaper than the RTX 4060 to penetrate the Chinese market.
