Shortly after ASUS released the issue, the first firmware update was released to help solve the sleepovers, twitches, and choppy noises that ROG users have encountered over the years. This firmware is still a Beta BIOS and has been released on some of its predecessors, Strix SCAR 15 (G533ZW) and Zephyrus M16 (GU604VI), to allow users to try it out and open up to community-based fedback for further improvement.

ASUS clearly confirms that the installation of this Beta BIOS will not affect insurance. Anyone who wants to try to solve the problem early can arrange it. Anyone who wants to wait for the complete version, the company is preparing to release a permanent update to cover all affected versions from early October onwards and will gradually expand it to other models.

Interestingly, the solution direction matches what many in the community have previously unearthed. This is mainly due to the inefficient ACPI Firmware code in the BIOS. Send commands to cause Windows to mismanage workload, so that the CPU is inefficient and sometimes locked to a single core. Even if the MUX Switch is turned on, it is obvious because the system tries to switch the screen too often and unstable.
