This article suggests that Windows already has a good tool to use, without needing to install a new Clean Install Windows.

Storage Sense, an automated garbage file management system. This feature automatically removes unnecessary files from the system drive, either temporary or trash files. Users can activate them at Settings > System > Storage, reducing the burden of manually managing the area.

Storage Sense can also be set to automatically delete files every 1, 14, 30 or 60 days, as well as delete files in the Downloads folder that are not activated within a specified period of time, and can be set to daily, weekly or monthly cycles as needed.

Disk Cleanup is a classic tool that is always good to use. It scans and removes unnecessary files from various drives. Users can choose the file type they want to delete. If you choose the "Clean up system files" mode, which requires the ID, you can restore an additional GB of space because it includes files from Windows Update and inactive system caches.

However, Microsoft recommends carefully reviewing file deletion options, especially system files or important folders like Downloads, to prevent accidental deletion. Finally, Microsoft and Neowin do not recommend deleting files in Prefetch folders, including System Restore Points or Volume Shadow Copies, if there is no reason to need them, as they contribute to system productivity.
