According to former CEO Intel, the core 18A node technologies like PowerVia and RibbonFET were developed during his era in office with the goal of enhancing power efficiency and increasing competitiveness. In addition, before his farewell position, he also sent Lenovo a sample of the Panther Lake chip himself, reflecting that this generation of CPUs was seriously developed late in his administration era.
