Complaining, Microsoft finally listened. 🍋
It is believed that one of the problems many Windows users encounter is that updates that appear at an unsuitable pace and sometimes force it to restart or shut down until the update is complete, causing the use to stumble and create a lot of frustration.
.
Most recently, Microsoft is preparing a major update to the Windows Update system so that users can customize when to update or postpone it first after a long period of complaining about it. One of the key changes is that users can stop the update indefinitely from the original limit of up to 30 days.
.
Another point that many people are looking forward to is improving the shutdown and restart options. In the future, users will be able to choose "Shut down" or "Restart" as usual. They will not be forced to install updates before, as in the past. Microsoft will also reduce the automatic restart from the system to about once a month to reduce interference.
.
The quality of the update itself will be enhanced in terms of stability, clarity of procedures, and more reliable recovery systems in case of post-update problems, which is another problem that users often encounter.
.
All of these changes are part of a big plan in which Microsoft prepares to improve Windows 11 by 2026, whether it's optimizing the system; improving Taskbar to be more flexible; developing File Explorer and search systems; as well as reducing overall resource consumption.
.
Let's call it this time, Microsoft began to turn around listening to more user voices and tried to fix what had long been a disadvantage of Windows in order to recover confidence and make the experience better in the long run.
