Let’s Learn a New Language This Year!!

Ok girlies, this is the year that we are actually going to do what we've been saying we're gonna do... We are gonna learn a new language!!

I don't know about you but I have been wanting to learn a second language for as long as I can remember! And this is the year that I do it! Let me show you what I'm doing ~

Daily goals - if we can stick to these daily goals then in just a few months we will learn so much!!

Learn 5-10 new words a day

Learn one new full sentence

20 minute review or what you have previously learned

Consume 30 minutes of media in the targeted language

Some resources that I am using ~

🌱Duolingo - this app has gotten me started and taught me so much already!

🍒Busuu - another great resource that will teach you how to build sentences and improve your pronunciation

📇AnkiApp - this is great to practice on the go. There are flashcards that are already created in so many different languages with basic words or even the alphabet in the language.

AnkiApp is also a great study tool that utilizes flashcards, allowing you to review vocabulary on-the-go. Combine these resources with interactive language exchange platforms where you can practice speaking with native speakers. The key to mastering a new language is consistency and immersion. Remember, progress takes time, so stay motivated and enjoy the process!
