This Is How You Study For Hours!!

Clean your setup: You can't focus for a long time when your setup is a mess. Make sure you clean everything and also make it as comfortable as possible so you can sit there for a long period of time. I like to light a candle and have a blanket close by!

Fuel up: Always eat before your study session or make sure you have snacks and water close by! You don't want to have to get up a million times and distract yourself. This will break your focus. The top students always sit at their desk for hours and don't have to get up for things because they make sure everything they need is right there in reach.

Focus mode: I use noise cancelling headphones and I usually like to listen to brown noise or nature sounds! I feel like these help me more than songs with lyrics in them, because that can be a bit distracting.

Just start: if you find it hard to start then sit at your desk and count to 5. Once you hit 5, start studying no matter what! Just open your textbook and notes and start. Once you start, you're likely to keep going!
