I recommend breaking practice into focused sessions with short breaks, allowing your body to recover and maintain peak energy. Incorporating mindfulness techniques and adequate sleep supports mental energy, improving concentration during training or defensive situations. From my experience, energy management is a holistic process combining physical exercise, nutrition, rest, and mental focus for best results.
