Confession: I used to feel guilty about rest days. Like I was slacking or losing progress. 😬 But here’s the truth—I’ve learned that rest isn’t quitting. It’s part of the process. Your body NEEDS time to recover so you can come back even stronger! 💥

Today, I swapped my usual workout for a yoga flow, and let me tell you—my muscles are thanking me! 🙌 I feel refreshed, recharged, and ready to hit it hard tomorrow.

So if you’re ever tempted to push through when your body is screaming for a break, remember this: Rest = Progress. Growth happens in the recovery!
