I’ve had workouts where I flopped on the floor like a starfish, fully convinced I was never getting back up. But here’s the thing—resting isn’t quitting. It’s recharging. And coming back stronger? That’s where the magic happens.
So, if you need a break, take it. Stretch it out, grab some water, maybe even ugly cry for a sec. But then? We dust ourselves off and keep going—because we don’t quit around here!
