Homemade Peach Ice Cream Recipe 🍑😱

Homemade Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 pounds of fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped

• 1 cup of white sugar

• 1 pint of half-and-half cream

• 1 can (14 oz.) of sweetened condensed milk

• 1 can (12 fl. oz.) of evaporated milk

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

• 2 cups of whole milk, or as needed

Directions:

1. Start by dicing the peaches and mixing them with sugar in a bowl. Let it sit while you prepare the other ingredients.

2. In a separate bowl, combine the half & half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Add the peaches and sugar mixture and stir until well combined.

3. Pour the mixture into a gallon ice cream freezer container. Fill the container with enough whole milk to reach the fill line, which is about 2 cups.

4. Follow the instructions on your ice cream freezer to freeze the ice cream until it's ready to enjoy.

Cook's Notes:

• Cooling the container before adding the ice cream mixture will help it harden faster.

• You can use this same recipe with other fruits like strawberries, blackberries, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, and more. Enjoy!
