Homemade Peach Cobbler 🍑✨
Nothing beats a warm homemade peach cobbler straight out the oven 😍
Buttery, golden crust on top with soft, sweet peaches underneath… and that syrup bubbling through the middle?? yeah this one is everything 🤤
Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream and it’s a wrap.
Peach Filling:
• 5–6 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
• ¾ cup sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
Mix and pour into baking dish.
Cobbler Topping:
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup melted butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
Pour melted butter in pan → add batter → DO NOT MIX → add peaches on top.
Bake:
• 350°F for 40–50 minutes until golden and bubbling
Tip (this is key 👀):
Don’t mix the layers after pouring that’s what gives you that crispy top and soft bottom.
