1 lb Habanero Peppers
3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric

Slice peppers into quarter inch rings, use gloves and don’t touch yourself. Add apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, and turmeric to a pot and bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then lower the heat to medium low and simmer for 8 minutes. Bring back to a boil, add peppers, and cook for 5 minutes. Remove peppers with tongs and add to a mason jar, only filling 3/4ths of the jar. Return liquid to medium high heat and cook down for 10-15 minutes, you can cook it even longer to make the liquid thicker.
