Last night on 2/15/2026 I made a KINGS meal, so people keep saying in today's time.. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Started at 11:34am-5:16pm Beef patties w/ gravy on a bed of Jasmin rice, Georgia collards w/Hocks & fixings, Pinto Beans w/Hocks & fixings, Buttermilk cornbread made in cast iron skillet,

(How Too)..... Pork Belly Boild down in salt brine/water. Slice to preferred thickness. Pat dry & season.. Deep fry halfway & pull out to rest & turn around and fry again for extra chrisp 🤙🏾🤙🏾

As you can see i made them basic, but you can add anything. Chives, Sour Cream, Bacon Bits, Jalapeños Etc.. Whatever 🤙🏾🤙🏾

Im no professional, but im so glad I decided the fire method.. Its no point to scrub something you can burn away in a flash! Atlanta Metropolitan Area
