This is a super easy 3-ingredients dessert! It is a low calorie sweet treat and so easy to make! This rice cake treat is only 119 calories for everything. I love using Oreo thins for recipes like these! You could even switch the flavor of rice cake if you’d like, it would slightly change the calories if you do.

Ingredients:

Plain rice cake

2 tbsp zero sugar cool whip

2 Oreo thins, crushed

Spread 2 tbsp of cool whip on your rice cake in an even layer.

Top with crushed Oreos.
