Another Fupa workout!! I used a 5 pound dumbell for this workout. The goal was to do each exercise for 30 seconds HOWEVER, I managed to make it to 15-20 seconds 😄 🤣 So yea 4 sets of 20 seconds each or if you're a strong core warrior 3 sets of 30!! #fupaworkout #bodytransformation
