On top of this make sure to walk 5k steps AT LEAST everyday. Have movement don't be sitting around the entire day. Eat healthy and clean. No junk food.
No sugar. Nothing unhealthy. Eat less lower the calories. Drink 2l of water or two large stanleys of water. Chew 30-50 times before swallowing. Check if your really HUNGRY or if your thirsty. Thirst and hunger have the same signals!! Go throught at least one hunger wave, then eat. But if your really hungry, eat an apple. If you don't want an apple, your not hungry. You don't always have to be eating. Make sure to wash your face twice a day, no makeup because it breaks you out! Do your skincare, and then make sure to ice your face and do facial massages every single day, brush your teeth twice a day and put on whitening strips everyday!! Or brush with baking soda, lemon, and salt for 5 minutes, leave it in and then wash out! Hope these tips help!!
