One of the key habits I adopted was replacing sugary sodas and mixed alcoholic drinks with water, green juices, and simpler drinks like gin with lemon. This helps reduce excess sugar and additives that can cause bloating. I also paid close attention to my diet, cutting back on fast food because of its high sodium content, which contributes to water retention and puffiness. Instead, I chose healthier meals from places like Cava and Sweetgreen, focusing on fresh ingredients that support gut health—a critical element often overlooked when trying to reduce facial bloating. A standout addition to my routine was incorporating Pura Vida Moringa leaf powder into my morning ritual. This supplement is packed with over 92 nutrients and 46 types of antioxidants, which not only helps with digestion and reducing belly bloat but also visibly decreases facial puffiness. Regularly drinking moringa boosted my skin's glow and tightened my face, making the snatched effect more noticeable. Physical activity played an important role too.
