HOW TO GET TONED BEFORE SUMMER 🍋

Summer’s just around the corner!! This is my guide to getting toned - FAST!!

• Calorie deficit - if you’re looking to lose weight before summer hits, it’s essential you are burning more active calories than the calories you are intaking in a day! You can calculate this specific number based on your daily activity, weight, etc. using an online calculator!

• Add cardio - for my girlies who prefer strength training: TRY your best to add at least 15 min of cardio (walking, running, stair master, ANYTHING) at the end of every workout. This was a game changer for me!

• DRINK WATER - if you think you’re drinking enough water, odds are you aren’t!! I HIGHLY recommend you start tracking your water intake each day and hit at least 40-50 fl oz a day!

• Train 3-4 times a week - CONSISTENCY IS KEY 🔑 Whether you’re just starting out or trying to change up your routine the first step is SHOWING UP!!

• SLEEP - you have no idea how much getting a well-rested night of sleep not only impacts your mood and energy level, but it impacts your ENTIRE life!! let your body rest!!

Remember everyone is on their own journey so be kind to yourself!! Be patient and keep your eyes on your goals! 👑
