If you're balancing working full-time while still hitting the gym regularly, I'm right there with you. It definitely takes time to adjust to a schedule that works for you once you find a way that may be effective in balancing the two. This is what's been working for me and has been for the past 3 years of having to balance hitting the gym 4-5x a week and working a full-time job.
