A Must-Have Item for an Eco Friendly Kitchen 🔪
For my eco-friendly kitchen a must-have item for me is this little compost bin by OXO Good Grips. It’s a $23, 0.75 gallon sized small trash like bin that I place my food scraps in for composting. I don’t have a garden of my own yet so I collect and drop off my compost but in the future would love to keep my own for a garden and grow my own food. Since I live in an apartment currently this is impossible.
In Los Angeles there’s many compost drop off locations at community gardens that makes it dropping-off compost convenient. Sometimes I end up needing an extra box 📦 to drop off too but often this container is big enough.
