During his stay in Thailand, he said that he has lived and worked in Thailand for 4 years now, and his motivation for his career was a key factor in his decision to leave Comfort Zone to work in Thailand, from his personal preferences in the atmosphere, warm culture and friendliness of the people, and saw business opportunities and growth in the ongoing Thai-Chinese tourism and coordination work.

He currently works on the business of tourism services and event management for Chinese tourists.

His office is responsible for planning marketing strategies, coordinating with partners in Thailand, and running customer service teams to ensure the best possible experience for tourists.

Commenting on Thailand, he saw Thailand as a charming country, full of spectacular natural and cultural attractions, delicious food and a reasonable cost of living.

When he came to work in Thailand, he said that he was excited, challenged and happy to learn new things every day. The work environment helped him to develop his full potential.

For the economic side in China, recent times have contributed indirectly. High competition in the labour market, coupled with rising costs of living in big cities, has made overseas growth opportunities like Thailand more open and worth investing in.

His adaptation as a foreigner is

He learned to understand and respect Thai lifestyles such as respect, Siamese smiling, and flexibility in living. He started using English and Chinese before practicing speaking Thai in daily life to communicate and shop fluently. He also studied and followed Thai law strictly on visas, work permits, and regulations.

The feeling of leaving home to work abroad

He said that coming to work far from home sometimes has to face difficult times. He said that sometimes he misses home and family. During important festivals or long weekends when he does not go back to eat with his parents, he is particularly lonely and misses the warm atmosphere of his hometown. There are some days when the work is overwhelmed, he has to solve problems all the time, causing him to return to his room and feel exhausted and tired. Or when he encounters communication obstacles or business problems that do not meet expectations, there are times when he feels discouraged and questions himself about what he is doing here. Although he has a difficult day, when he has passed the obstacles and sees the work. I was successful, and I was proud to decide to follow my dream and look forward with hope, confident that my experience and learning in Thailand would further pave the way for a stable future for his life.

1. Why is it an alien?

He came to live and work in Thailand, still holding Chinese nationality (or his original nationality), and did not acquire Thai nationality, only staying and working under immigration law.

2. Describe the domicile, legal dimension in a public and private way.

Domicile in a public way:

Used in determining the exercise of state authority, immigration control and authorization, visa type designation, occupation and work, by regulating work authorization and setting migrant worker quotas, on state security, prohibiting aliens from political participation.

He took up residence and occupation in Thailand with a valid visa and visa extension by law. This makes Thailand a public legal domicile because it is an area in which the state has exercised control and rule over Thailand's immigration and other laws.

Domicile in private:

According to the Code of Pang and Commerce (P.D.), article 37, the provisions used to define the domicile of a natural person include that the person has a place of important source.

Because he lived and lived in Thailand, he is considered to be domiciled by private law in Thailand because Thailand is a place of residence and living today.

3. Linked to the principle of sovereignty

Principle of Sovereignty: It is the principle by which the State has supreme authority to govern, determine status, regulate entry-exit and restrict the rights of persons without nationality within its own territory, with the State having the right to determine conditions of residence and work in order to maintain stability.

Authority to determine status and nationality: e.g., establishing criteria including allowing an alien to enter residence

Power to regulate entry-exit: e.g., determine canvassing type (visa), length of stay, and application for work permission

Restrictions on rights and freedoms: e.g. the right to occupation, where certain types of occupation may only be reserved by law to nationals.

His ability to live and work in Thailand is because he is authorized by the state in accordance with immigration laws, which reflects the absolute exercise of Thailand's sovereignty over individuals in their territories.
