Went to Jonangu by public bus no 19 from Kyoto station. I did my search. Some says it blooms early Feb & some end Feb or early March. Obviously, I went too early. I can't complain since my schedule doesn't suit the timing. I still enjoy it anyway, although not 100%. You can enjoy
