However, after reflecting on these behaviors, I realized that true strength lies in supporting yourself, pausing when needed, and setting boundaries. The phrase "LOVE IS LOVE IS ISLOV" from the image reminds me that love, including self-love, is fundamental and must not be compromised. It's also important to understand how normalization influences us. When unhealthy habits become common in social circles or media portrayal, we may accept them without questioning their impact. Challenging these norms and choosing healthier alternatives is essential. Small acts like journaling your feelings, seeking support, or engaging in mindful practices can foster resilience and help you stay strong.
