🌙 Night Routine
It is used to reduce acne clogs, black marks, and accelerate gentle exfoliation.

มีคนถามบ่อยที่สุดว่า “ลงตัวไหนก่อน” โดยเฉพาะเวลามีทั้งน้ำตบ เซรั่ม ครีม และยาทาสิวอย่าง Acnetin-A เราตั้งหลักง่ายๆ ด้วยกฎนี้เลย: “เนื้อบางก่อน เนื้อหนักทีหลัง” และ “ยาก่อนครีมปิดงาน” (ในรูทีนกลางคืน) ลำดับตอนเช้า (เน้นผิวใส + ชุ่มชื้น + กันแดด) 1) ล้างหน้า: เลือกโฟม/เจลที่อ่อนโยน ไม่เอี๊ยด เพราะถ้าผิวแห้งตึงจะทำให้หน้ามันง่ายและแต่งหน้าไม่สวย 2) Hada Labo Premium Whitening Lotion (น้ำตบ): เทใส่มือแล้วกดๆ ให้ซึมก่อน 30–60 วินาที ขั้นนี้ช่วยเติมน้ำให้ผิว ทำให้ขั้นต่อไปซึมดีขึ้น 3) Nivea Luminous Skin Glow Serum: ลงบางๆ ทั่วหน้า หรือโฟกัสบริเวณที่มีฝ้า กระ จุดด่างดำ รอให้เซ็ตตัวนิดนึงก่อนลงครีม 4) La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+: ใช้เป็น “ครีมปิดงาน” ช่วยล็อกความชุ่มชื้นและเสริมเกราะผิว โดยเฉพาะคนที่ผิวระคายเคืองง่าย 5) กันแดด: สำคัญสุดๆ แนะนำทาให้พอ (2 ข้อนิ้วสำหรับหน้า/คอ) และรอ 5–10 นาทีค่อยแต่งหน้า ถ้ากลางวันออกแดดจัดควรเติมทุก 2–3 ชม. ลำดับตอนกลางคืน (ลดสิวอุดตัน + รอยดำ + ผลัดผิวแบบไม่พัง) 1) ล้างหน้า 2) Hada Labo (น้ำตบ): ช่วยลดโอกาสแห้งลอกจากการใช้เรตินอยด์ 3) Nivea Luminous Serum: ถ้าคืนไหนใช้ Acnetin-A แล้วผิวแพ้ง่าย แนะนำข้ามเซรั่มนี้ไปได้ เพื่อกันระคายเคืองซ้อน 4) Acnetin-A: ใช้แค่ปริมาณเท่า “เมล็ดถั่วเขียว” ทาบางๆ ให้ทั่วหน้า หลีกเลี่ยงมุมจมูก ข้างปาก ใต้ตา (จุดนี้ลอกง่าย) แล้วรอให้ยาซึมสักพัก 5) Cicaplast Baume B5+: ทาทับเป็นชั้นสุดท้าย ลดแดง แห้ง ลอก และช่วยให้ผิวฟื้นไว ทริคกันพังที่เราชอบใช้ - เริ่ม Acnetin-A แค่ 2–3 คืน/สัปดาห์ก่อน แล้วค่อยเพิ่มตามความไหวของผิว - ถ้าลอก/แสบ ให้ลดความถี่ และใช้คืนพักผิวด้วย B5+ อย่างเดียว - คืนที่ใช้ Acnetin-A เลี่ยงสครับ กรดแรงๆ หรือมาสก์ที่แสบซ่า เพื่อลดการระคายเคือง สรุปจำง่าย: เช้า “น้ำตบ → เซรั่ม → B5+ → กันแดด” / กลางคืน “น้ำตบ → (เซรั่มเฉพาะจุดได้) → Acnetin-A → B5+”
