Take Care Of Yourself๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’›

Take out time to care for your mental health. We get so busy in life sometimes we forget how important that is for our well being. I try to take out time each day, even if itโ€™s only for a few minutes, and find a quiet spot to calm my mind and heart and to meditate.

When I can I love to getaway and go on a long hike. I see so many beautiful works of creation on these hikes that have me in awe. On these walks the scripture at Psalms 104:24 always comes to mind: โ€œHow many your works are, O Jehovah! All of them in wisdom you have made. The earth is full of your productions.โ€

Indeed, the more we learn about the things God has made, the more we find ourselves awed by his wisdom. Why, scientists have learned much from studying Jehovah Godโ€™s creations! There is even a field of engineering, called biomimetics, that seeks to mimic designs found in nature.
