LADIES WHAT ARE WE DOING IN THE GYM ON OUR PERIOD?!
I feel so weak.
Drained.
Exhausted.
Lightheaded on the treadmill.
Bloated crunches are the worse.
Can barely lift anything.
I typically stretch and just walk on the treadmill but I need to know, how do you guys beat the period madness in the gym????
