The Crown 👑Opens When the Body is Ready.
This past week has felt like a strange convergence. Not in an obvious way but in the subtle hum beneath the surface.
There were moments I felt exhausted;not from exertion but from something deeper moving beneath the surface. Moments were my neck, shoulders, & the base of my skull pulsed with a pressure I couldn’t name. Dreams that stirred up old energies.
A body that kept whispering, “More is trying to move through you.”
And then there was the gym.
I’ve been using my movement practice not to “work out,” but to open channels. To let frequency move. To notice when I’m in flow & when I’m still holding back.
Sometimes I move like light.
Other times, resistance meets me.
But either way, I’m learning to stay with myself.
On Friday at work, I experienced what I now understand was a somatic threshold release
Not just physical or emotional,
But energetic. Something deep unraveled through my spine and heart, like a seal breaking open to let more of my essence in.
And then, last night…
I pulled this card:
Crown Chakra; Cosmic Consciousness.
And I smiled.
Because it confirmed what I’ve been feeling in my body all week:
“You’re not ascending out of your body.
You’re anchoring divinity into it.”
The deeper I drop into my body,
the more my crown opens.
The more I let go of needing to “get somewhere,” the more Source speaks from within.
This card wasn’t just a pull.
It was a mirror. It was a confirmation.
Everything I’ve been navigating the stillness, the movement, the discomfort, the clarity
has been part of the same ongoing conversation within.
One that says:
You’re not behind.
You’re online.
You don’t need to reach upward.
You just need to listen inward.
